Mincom has a long history of leadership in enterprise asset management software dating back to 1979. From a small Australian software company focused on mining, we’re now over 1100 employees strong with offices worldwide and expertise across industries, including mining, defense, public infrastructure, energy, and oil & gas. Throughout the years we’ve expanded by uniting complementary companies into one organization to provide the greatest strategic value to our customers.
Today, Mincom is the world’s leading EAM solutions provider with an extensive portfolio of software and services. In 2007, Mincom was acquired by EAM Software Finance Pty Limited, a company indirectly controlled by Francisco Partners, a U.S. based technology private equity firm. As one of the global leaders in software private equity investments, Francisco Partners’ investment in Mincom will enable the company to leverage its impressive history and fuel its future growth.
